    Project scale: reclamation of 1600-mu tideland.
    The project, built to the standard of second-grade seawall, involves a 10800m-long embankment line (spillway included), with 4600m of the embankment to withstand once-in-50-year flood and 3000m to withstand once-in-20-year flood. The main part of the project involves soil excavation of 1,500,000 cubic meters, rock dumping of 1,870,000 cubic meters, stonework of 95,000 cubic meters, concrete of 45,000 cubic meters and geotextile of 400,000 square meters. After completion, the project will generate an utilizable area of 10000 mu, including 4000-mu aquaculture land and 6000-mu farmland. The project has remarkable economic and social significance and offers good prevention against risks.
    Annual operating income is forecasted at RMB 61.81 million and annual profit at RMB 31.15 million.
