The Chinese enterprise intends to introduce foreign advanced technology for environment-friendly transportable air conditioner, a product matching the world advanced standard. A JV is envisaged either based on or independent of the existing Chinese enterprise. The JV will specialize in manufacturing of such air conditioner with an anticipated investment over USD 10 million. The environment-friendly transportable air conditioner has a huge market potential in developed countries of Europe and America. The annual global demand is about 50 million pcs, about 50% being from the European and American market.
Annual sales income is forecasted at RMB 30 million and annual profit at RMB 3 million. |
