   Project scale: a hotel with total building area of 64500 square meters.
    For this project, a hotel of five star or above will be built, occupying a land area of 25800 square meters and having total building area of 64500 square meters, with total investment of RMB 200 million. At present, there is yet no sizable hotel facility in the neighborhood of the Ningbo Passenger Terminal. In the next 5 years, the region will focus on development of commerce and logistics, a plus for the project. Foreign investment is sought for joint development of the project.
    Annual sales income is forecasted at RMB 30 million and annual profit at RMB 6 million.
